Nils Lofgren – i boksen

Måske er bokssættene cd-mediets sidste krampetrækninger? Rygtet om mediets snarlige død bliver ved med at cirkulere derude på det store net, men ingen ved med sikkerhed om det vil gå sådan. Nå, men i mellemtiden kan vi så fornøje os over, at der kommer flere gode bokssæt, som det er værd at investere i, hvis eller de betrængte økonomi er til det. Således er det kommet denne bloggerskrivekugle for øre, at den gode singer-songwriter og guitarist Nils Lofgren senere på månede udsender et retrospektivt bokssæt på hele 10 skiver. Face the Music hedder sættet meget betegnende, for musikken har altid haft højeste prioritet hos Lofgren – lige fra dengang han var med i det legendariske band Grin og frem til soloperiode, der også har omfattet diverse legekammerater som fx Bruce Springsteen og Neil Young.
